Together with our partner company in Singapore, we produce a super safe reusable face mask. This face mask consists of 3 layers:

1. Outer layer: water-resistant cotton
2. Middle layer: Nanotech PTFE filter – a high performance filter used in high performance masks
3. Inner layer: antibacterial cotton in the same color as the outer layer

In addition, we have opted for ear loops made of a soft fabric, to be able to wear the mask for a long time and pain-free. There are also stoppers attached to the ear loops, to be able to adjust the loops so that the mouth mask fits better on the face.

Nanotech PTFE Filter – What is that actually?

This is a non-woven fabric with a very high filter capacity. The filter capacity for our masks is + 98% for particles with a size up to 0.3 micron. We have conducted the Viral Filtration Efficiency (VFE) and Bacterial Filtration Efficiency tests by an International recognized testing bureau ourselves.  This is to ensure that the figures provided are correct.

At the moment, we sell these masks to schools (a smaller model that will later also be available on our website) and to to the government in Singapore.

The Nanotech PTFE filter is also known for retaining filtration after machine washing.

What is anti-bacterial?

The inner layer was tested on Staphylococus Aureus (ATCC 6538) and the Klebsiella Pnuemoniae (ATCC 4352) achieving a percentage of more than 97%.
